About The Japan-India Association:

Established in the 1903 by 1st Viscount Eiichi Shibusawa and Marquess Shigenobu Okuma, The Japan-India Association is the oldest private organization promoting friendship in Japan. As the relationship between Japan and India continues to deepen in various fields such as politics, economy, and culture,
the Association will continue to exert efforts along
with its members to further
strengthen the friendly cooperation
between the two countries.

Since its establishment in Meiji 36 (1903),
the Japan-India Association has been contributing to political,
economic,
and cultural exchanges between Japan and India.
